Step by step
- 1Runs every Monday at 6:00 a.m.
- 2Reads the week’s KPIs (sales, target, margin, OTIF, NPS).
- 3Compares against last week and target; sets traffic lights.
- 4 IAAI: writes headlines, alerts, likely causes, and 3 recommendations.
- 5Builds a branded HTML email with KPI cards.
- 6Sends it to management, posts it on Slack, and saves a copy in Drive.
Built and tested in self-hosted n8n, with Anthropic Claude. Sensitive decisions go through human approval.
