The challenge
The management committee reviewed the strategic plan in hand-built monthly slides. Each area reported in its own format, and nobody saw in time which indicators drifted, which projects slipped, or which commitments stayed open.

- Overall plan achievement of 99.5%, with no indicators in red.
- The portfolio is 86% done vs. 96% planned; critical: WMS migration and electric fleet.
- The WMS shock (Mar-May 2026) drove overdue commitments up.
